We currently offer payment plans through our finance partner, Klarna. We have the option of paying in 3 equal monthly payments to help spread the cost.

Our standard delivery times for delivery are between 7-14 working days from the date of your order. However, these estimates may vary in busy periods and offshore deliveries can take up to 4-6 weeks.

If you would like fast delivery, we offer an express delivery option where we deliver within 6 working days. The first working day is the working day after your order is placed.

We offer multiple storage solutions with our beds from ottoman gas lifts to storage boxes. If you’d like further information, please browse our fantastic range of products or reach out to the Customer Services team who will be happy to help.

We offer 1-year free warranty with every item purchased. The warranty covers structural defects and manufacturing faults but does not cover rips, staining and spillages.

You also have the option of adding an additional 2-year warranty with Amare Care, meaning you will be covered for 3 years! To take advantage of Amare Care, simply add this to your basket at checkout. For further information on Amare Care and warranty, please read our Terms of Service.

All our upholstered beds are bespoke and made to order, therefore we can customise virtually any product and adapt it to your needs. This ranges from adjusting headboard heights to mixing two designs to achieve your dream look.

Yes, we recommend you to order free samples so you can see the colour and fabric of your bed in person and match it with your home.

Please note: we will not accept returns for apparent discrepancies between the fabric pictured and the fabric you receive on your bed. If you would like clarification over a certain colour, please use the fabric request option.

Yes, all our beds will come in separate pieces so that they can be easily transported up the stairs and into your room. The number of pieces will depend upon the type of bed.

If you have a tight staircase, please do check with our Customer Services team to ensure the bed will fit up the stairs or if adjustments need to be made.

You can place your order via our website or by contacting our Sales Team.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Customers can also checkout with PayPal or spread their payments with Klarna.

You will receive a sales confirmation within 24 hours of your bed being ordered. If you have any issues with the order, you will have a further 24 hours to let us know of any changes you wish to make.

You can amend your order within 24 hours of receiving your sales confirmation. After this time, you will be charged to amend your order (Please see Terms of Service).

Fabric samples are sent out within 24 hours of receiving your request and are sent out via 1st class post. If you have any issues, please contact our Customer Services Team.

We currently do not offer trade accounts.

Yes, please let our Customer Services Team know when you place the order so we can make necessary arrangements.

You will be notified of your delivery day and time slot by phone, text or email approximately 48 – 72 hours prior to delivery so you can make necessary arrangements for your new bed.

If you need to make changes to your delivery date, please give us plenty of notice so we can avoid lost fees. A minimum of 24 hours prior notice is required to cancel or reschedule a delivery to avoid incurring extra fees. Please note that in the event you reschedule the delivery of your items, we cannot guarantee delivery will be completed within our standard timescales.

We offer free delivery to most areas within mainland UK (Please see our Terms of Service). If you require further information, please reach out to our Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take away your old furniture.

We don’t currently deliver outside of the UK.

Yes, upon occasion we do deliver on weekends but we are unable to guarantee a weekend delivery within the standard timescales. If you would like to discuss a potential weekend delivery, please get in touch with our Customer Services team.

Please call our Customer Services Team as soon as possible if you need to change the details of your delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery details you have provided are correct. Incorrect details may lead to a delay in delivery and the incurring of fees.

You can cancel your order free-of-charge within 24 hours of placing the delivery. Please contact our Customer Services Team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

All refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

Damages and inaccuracies are very rare but can occur, so we ask that you check your products over once you have received them. If in the unlikely event you find that any items are damaged, please contact our Customer Services Team who will provide a solution.
