The York 1000 Pocket Sprung mattress features foam encapsulated individual pocket spring units providing outstanding edge-to-edge support for your body. Individual springs are housed in their own separate fabric pockets; each spring working independently of one another to deliver the desired comfort. For two people in the bed, the pocket sprung mattress will support each person separately.
The mattress has been upholstered in luxurious bamboo fabric enhancing the performance of the layered hypo-allergenic fillings to give that smooth feel on the mattress surface. The mattress is tightly sealed to prevent dead skin cells and body oils from penetrating the fillings and attracting microscopic organisms that can cause allergic reactions. The border of the mattress includes unique air-flow fabric which allows the mattress to breathe, increasing the flow of oxygen. Traditional hand tufted mattress design which locks the upholstery to the spring system and substantially reduces settlement.
